Description:"R" stamped watercaps are uncommon, but double "R" stamped ones are especially tight.

The "R" is believed to be for "reloaded." After a cruise, the paper time fuses in these were replaced lest the moisture of sea faring had gotten to them. So this one would've been reloaded twice before it was tossed aside.

The threads are in nice shape.
