Description:This is a pretty good example of a sabot for a 6.4 inch caliber Parrott shell. These are rarely seen complete especially these days. This example is from the famous Dubose collection and was likely found by either Beverly or Bo Dubose. It shows excellent rifling.

NOTE: The Archer shell is not included in this offering. It is only shown for perspective of the sabot size.
