These rare Trans Mississippi bullets were first published by Terry Waxham in his early North South Trader article on Trans Mississippi bullets found by himself and his mother near their Louisiana home. This one is in exceptionally nice condition -- usulaly they are smooshed. The price is exactly what the seller paid a dealer several years ago (there is no room for a commission for me the poor seller!). Recovered at Crystal Springs Arkansas by Meigs Brainard along Hindman's retreat route.
