3.4-inch Schenkls are uncommon and a dug one is downright rare. The boat howitzers that fired them just weren't used much so almost all of them we see are from surplus stocks.

This one is from one of the few battlefield locations these are recovered -- Maryland Heights. It has good threads for a regular Schenkl percussion fuse and looks like one would screw in.
