That is a fascinating and thorough study. However, (I've been told) the "official" Gettysburg Park position is that it should be ignored, & the Park is married to the drug uphill theory. (I've talked to a couple of Park employees who believe the drug downhill theory, but I get the impression they are hesitant to rock the boat.)
