I don't know how to do that, Michael and Dave.  Not sure if Carl or Neal can with this software, but if not Jay has started a new thread over there.  We have three now going on his passing, but not so much on his life so maybe in the meantime that thread over there can be devoted more to that.  In posting his obit there, I read it and remembered we were always wanting to go to a Cubs game together but after his grandson was born, he stopped coming up to the Chicago Show.  I had forgotten about the race cars.  I also remembered he was born up this way after reading his obit, but fortunately he was smart enough to get the heck out of Detroit!  I did not know he played golf and would've liked to have had a round with him back when I still played.

Addendum:  Might help if I pressed the "Move topic" button available in the administrator's view of things.  High tech stuff those radio buttons.

Good idea.  I moved the initial one and merged the new one to it.
Best,

My name is Josh and I am Stan's eldest son.  Thank you so much for the kind words, we are all missing him like crazy.  It really makes our family feel good to see that he was such a respected member of the relic hunting community.

Our hearts truely go out to you and your family.  As you noted from the comments here, it was obvious Stan was a great guy and people liked being around him.  I have no doubt that was the case with people he knew in all walks of life.  Thanks for joining our community.
Best,
Carl

Thank you for the warm welcome...glad to be a member here.  I'm going to take the initiative to keep Stanley's relic business alive...that is what he wanted and that is my plan.  I will be researching and learning more about it, though he and I used to discuss relics quite often so I'm not completely clueless.  Looking forward to future conversations here.  Thank you again.
