Who knew we could all be so busy!  Hope everyone is safe and healthy.

I have been working on a couple things to eventually post, but they aren't close to ready yet.

But your wake up call does make me think that I could post some of the passel of bullets I recently got that I decided to keep.  Will get to that soon.

I can understand busy. Its actually been kind of quiet at work. I'm sure that will change when everyone is tired of being cooped up together.

Hey Mike, Speedenforcer and RJ.   Greetings from the mountains of Georgia where Yankee’s Retreat has been established. Very peaceful and relaxing. As of today no coronavirus cases in the county or adjacent ones. In the 12 days I have been here I have met my neighbors from across the street, both ex-Broward County Sheriff’s Police and the ones adjacent to me, who came here from Gettysburg four years ago. I feel at home already and Neighborhood Watch is under control. That is more than can be said for your governor, Mike. :)

I am confident His Immensity will find some way to still tax your pension.

Miss you already but glad you are settling down in a better place.

Jon,     first thing I had to learn when I moved south in '83, was how to drink sweet tea with every meal, everyday, like it or not,   and say  "y'all".     Believe me  - I was corrected in what was then a sleepy backwater town.....
so...  try not to use the Chicago-ese  greeting of  "Yo! all"   , may I humbly suggest you work on "Y'all ".  Maybe practice in front of the mirror !

I Wish you good living in that nice house in the woods you showed me pictures of, and we all would love to see photo's of the new relic room.  And of course, since you live closer to me now, y'all come visit !!    I'll make up a nice pitcher of sweet tea !

Hey Dave,  I have been working on my “y’all” and may even throw in a “yesum” to show off sometimes.   Sweet tea, nah  unsweet is still my choice….for now. I am not even the only Damn Yankee here. One of my two full time neighbors are from Gettysburg.

So far the only thing I have set up for display is pikes. Until I sell the furniture that came with the cabin in the display room, everything is stuck piled in crates and boxes.

Judge, I have been working on grits too and have been told where to get the best fresh ground in the area. However have left the cooking to others as there are so many great places to eat’...when not locked in.

Everybody - be safe and stay well.
