ST. Helena Guns
« on: November 21, 2017, 11:19:14 AM »
To All,

Was researching background for a drawing for a "Gun Park" located at St. Helena (presumably) that "Norfolk Station" across the bottom of the much faded copy.

Eat your hearts out folks.  This one will bring tears to your eyes.  AND, we weren't the only ones to destroy some history during WW 2.

That is an amazing story.  Glad that some were deemed to much effort to retrieve so they still exist.  They were sure in better shape during the scrap drive than now.  Thanks for sharing.
Best,
Carl
