old Signal cannon
« on: June 11, 2017, 08:37:29 PM »
This old brass cannon is about 7 inches long maybe 1.5inches diameter at breach, I will get better measurements later when it in my possession. It does have British proof marks. Can anyone tell me more about it.

Jay,

I wish I had something to add to you but cannons are an entry level area for me and the pre-civil war guns even less.  I can say it is cute!
Best,
