Title: Information on Bormann fuse with “s” stamped backward on “us” mark

Looking for information about the Bormann time fuse that in US the s is backward.  What arsenal or contractor?  Commonly found in which theater, etc.

That is a good question and we have had some discussion here on why he "S" is backwards but I don't recall anyone knowing any foundry information.  Hopefully someone may know some details on it.
