Sam was a good man who disarmed several my shells. finally met him in person at the Richmond show 1 year maybe 2 before he died.

Sam was a good guy, a fair man and his death was a real tragedy. I got him back in the woods a few years before his death and beat him to a 20lb schenkl in the woods at a fort on the james. Last time I saw him he had cleaned and disarmed the shell for me and we had a good laugh over my getting in front of him and digging that shell. RIP Sam
