Description:Dug in the Shiloh area this is a canteen spout and stopper. I do not know if they were dug together but they look good together. It appears to be from a model 1858 or a tin drum canteen but I'm no expert so not sure. I'd be interested in hearing if anyone knows.

The dug relic is in good shape with a light coat of poly to protect it.
