Description:This is a unique piece with what appears to be a pretty good pen and ink drawing of Robert E Lee on a cover. The envelope is postmarked from Stratford, VA, the town where baby Lee was born, on what would've been his 141st birthday (January 17, 1948). It is signed by the postmaster.
