Description:This sale is for a grouping of US military hat pins. It includes the Hardee hat pin, the crossed cannons, the bugle and the crossed rifles. These came with a shell collection I bought. I got them real reasonable since I didn't know much about them and was there to buy the shells. I showed them to various people at the 2019 Dalton Civil War Show and the consensus seemed to be they were post war. One person thought the hat pin might be period and one person thought the cannons might be period. I'll sell the set as post war. They are reported by the experts to still be good US military hat pins. I'll let you be the judge. They appear to me to be non-dug.
