Description:Dug buckle with gorgeous chocolate brown patina. Will display beautifully but unfortunately one of the hooks broke off which is almost certainly why it was lost in the first place.

The market for US plates must have rebounded because I sold 3 of them last week. Nice buckle at a good price.
