Description:The green edition is the first hardback version of the bullet reference book by McKee and Mason. Later there would be Civil War Projectiles II and Civil War Projectiles II with Supplement, but this was their forerunner. There are bullets shown in this edition for whatever reason that don't reappear in the later ones.

Signed by both authors to a fellow who contributed to the book and is acknowledged, along with his wife, on the acknowledgements page. Great piece of Civil War relic history -- I think only 300 of these were ever printed!
