Neat bullet with U shaped grooves. It measures .53 in diameter and has a parabolic cavity so is not an exact match for the TT138D specs even though the profile is spot on. As can be seen in the second to last photograph below, there are two strikes on the side from attempts at worming it with a screw shaped worm which is why it is a drop.
