Description:Before the site was sold, these 2 shot were dug at the Bellona Arsenal in Virginia.

One is a 24pdr solid and the other a 12pdr solid. Both have chunks missing. Most dealers would write that this happened from bouncing off some hard headed Yankee. But I think they may just have been flawed product destined to be melted down but left in situ after the war.
