Relic shows are cancelling left and right, and one show promoter told me he didn't think there'd be any shows until next year. If that's the case, we'll sorely miss seeing our friends. Description:There were only 4 or 5 18pdr cannon in the Civil War and apparently one was at Fort Davison where the Battle of Pilot Knob took place in Missouri. Its a very interesting and under-studied battle. Here is a Google Maps photo of the crater left when the Yankees blew their magazine up after skedaddling:
