Description:Non dug 3in Hotchkiss shell with a nice example of the (worth more than the shell) 14 second Wright time fuse. This one still has a lot of the arsenal orange paint on it. Letters "TB" stamped into the sabot. The fuse is war era, but the shell was made in 1867 according to D&G.
