Location Recovered: Tredegar

Description:I got this unfinished casting from Roger Bethke who told me it was recovered at the site of the Tredegar Iron Works. It is 3.12" in diameter and 8.5" long. Roger thought it was an unfinished Mullane bolt that had not yet been turned down and completed. It is an extremely unusual piece for sure. Small paper tag on the bottom is from my cataloguing system and easily removable.
