Description:I don't care if this one sells or not really. I have been holding onto it trying to justify keeping it for a long time, but I have another mint one I got from Terry Waxham so am not going to hog both of these.

The writing gives this away as having come from Dr. Hyde's collection. He had a huge, high quality Civil War collection and all his stuff is great except for a few phony swords he got ripped off on I heard.

This one is in great shape and has the 1855 Patent date stamping on the base. The bright sunlight the pictures were taken in washed some of the stampings and writing out, but it is there.
