Description:This is a really nice example of a workhorse shell that shows excellent rifling from the 3 groove Parrott rifle. Shell body is in very good condition with very distinct chisel marks on the base where the sprue was removed. The zinc 2 piece percussion fuse is in excellent condition. You rarely see them this nice with both spanner holes crisp on the domed anvil cap. This is a common shell (i.e. not case shot) that you're guaranteed to like in your collection.

The shell is cleaned, coated and disarmed and displays great.
