Description:I got this ball from Dean Thomas who either dug it or more likely got it from Wendell Lang's widow after he passed. All their stuff was dug in Virginia as far as I know.

This is a nice ball I re-ran through electrolysis. Photographed in the late afternoon light which is not so great. Has a larger fuse hole than your normal 24pdr and is probably pretty rare as I have not seen others of this type.
